01 Guangzhou Huijin International Financial Center
Huijin International Financial Center Project is jointly built by three Chinese real estate giants, namely KWG Group, CR Land and Shimao Group. It is positioned as a world-class business benchmark in the financial center, the first-line river view grade A office building, which integrates humanities and arts, star-rated customized services, and high-quality resources of the industry to create an international and diversified famous enterprise headquarters for high-end financial elites who pursue Excellence.

Specifically, in terms of industry, the International Financial Center has further intensified its efforts to build an international integrated financial center and a leading area for digital economy integration and innovation, such as grade A office buildings, China Artificial Intelligence (Guangzhou) Industrial Park, Guangzhou T.I.T Smart Park etc., so as to provide the best advanced conditions for enterprises and talents to enter.
The project is created by six major design teams around the world. On the double landscape of Jinlu Lake and Pearl River, it presents the widest river view of 70 meters, and the ecology and business are naturally connected, enjoying advanced office experience.
In addition, the hard indicators of the project are also configured according to the headquarters specifications: 10-meter hall-level high-rise lobby, 18 high-speed elevators equipped with automatic elevator dispatching system, etc., to improve business efficiency, avoid elevator congestion and set a benchmark for Guangzhou's future international business image.
The 410,000 ㎡ complex covers apartments, office buildings, businesses and other formats, which can simultaneously take various needs such as office, leisure and life into account, bringing a brand-new one-stop office life mode.
02 Lighting Solution
Lighting design plays an important role in realizing the atmosphere of interior space. Famous architect Gunna Berkelitz said, "There is no space without light". Light is not only the condition of indoor lighting, but also the basic element of expressing space form and creating atmosphere.
In terms of lighting application, JOM Lighting also takes the experience of creating lighting scenes and functional scenes from architectural characteristics as the core, combines the needs of high-end office space, and takes "healthy office in emotional atmosphere life" as the design concept, so that the architectural space becomes a living atmosphere experience and constitutes a vibrant urban office and living place.
In order to create the unique geometric vision of office space in the scene by lighting, the design technique combines "uniform lighting, key lighting and indirect lighting " to meet different space functional requirements, perfectly presenting the high-quality lighting atmosphere of office space, and truly working healthily in the atmosphere life experience.
